Sarah Barrios is an American pop singer and songwriter. Born April 6, 1994, in Torrington, Connecticut, she began playing guitar and writing songs at the age of 13. After graduating from high school, she competed in various competitions, including The X Factor and national songwriting competitions. In 2014, she won the Best New Artist award at the New England Music Awards. In 2017, she signed her first publishing deal, and in 2020, she released her debut EP, Letters I Never Sent. Her well-known songs include "Have We Met Before" (with Eric Nam), "Help" (with Rence), "Thank God You Introduced Me to Your Sister," and others. As of December 2025, Sarah Barrios' most recent release was a 20-song album released on December 5th.
